Waltzing Matilda by Tom Waits.
It seems right somehow that Leonard Cohen named this Tom Waits song as one of his favorites - just as it seems right that Waits listed Cohen’s “I’m Your Man” as one of his most cherished albums.
Serendipitously, this video rendition of the Waits classic turns out to be especially impressive.
